The Boulevard is an office for Instagram to expand to in Knoxville. This project takes place in a time where Instagram headquarters spreads out to multiple smaller offices in every state. This location is located in Knoxville, TN and features an office space, apartments, childcare, private room rentals, fitness center, bar & restaurant, storage, food truck lot, and an event space. The boulevard is a community focused space for employees and community to come together in multiple aspects of life: work, live, play.
